Good article but you didn’t go over the other part of the Amazon problem. There are different grades of hemp extract that contain CBD, you can have 4000mg of Hemp extract but that doesn’t mean it contains close to 4000mg of CBD, full spectrum hemp extract is available commercially in varying grades from as low as 20% CBD. Someone buying a 4000mg bottle could be getting as little as 800mg CBD, this makes a huge difference when trying to compare oils on a price basis. I wouldn’t buy CBD oil on Amazon from a company you cant find for sale outside of Amazon or that doesn’t even have a website. Its a shame because for people looking to experiment with CBD there are so many different companies out there being completely misleading with what they are selling.
The key is to effectively gauge exactly how much CBD oil it takes to start managing your pain. If you start off right away with a maximum dose of a 600 mg tincture, you will have no idea how much of the product it actually took to treat your condition, and how much you wasted (this is also important because you do not want to exceed dosage and end up developing a tolerance to the active cannabinoids).
When California passed Prop. 64, there was a provision that allowed for the production of industrial hemp. Now, that little provision could generate quick growth (pun intended, naturally) for its many applications in the Golden State. It led the forefront for THC now it could be the American leader for hemp CBD. California led the cannabis reform and now will be one of the leaders in an ever expanding cannabis ecosystem.
Of course, though, they offer less potent oils than that, with a product lineup that ranges from 300 mg CBD per bottle to 4,000 mg. Naturally the 4,000 mg option is the most expensive (this is the one that provides the “bomb” 60 mg dose), as it currently sells for $299. For long-term pain and anxiety relief, though, it may be well worth it if it is effective for you and helps replace your regular meds.
However, switching to CBD oil from a conventional medication is far from a random stab in the dark. In fact, there was a large scale (and very well-documented) survey carried out less than two years ago that looked at precisely what percentage of patients were able to “swap” their side effect-inducing meds for a 100% natural, cannabis-based therapy.
NuRyse Hemp Oil Extract 1000mg includes a 1-year money back guarantee, which is unique when compared to other hemp oil products on the market. In addition, NuRyse Hemp Oil Extract is made in the USA, is flavored and formulated with all-natural ingredients, and is available in varying levels of potency (250mg and 500mg in addition to the 1000mg bottle). It is a hemp seed oil product, however, so it will not contain the CBD cannabinoid. Each bottle contains the standard 30-day supply with recommended dosage.
One question on the minds of cannabis users is “Does CBD oil make you sleepy?” It is believed that all cannabis products have sedating effects, so won’t CBD oil just put you to sleep? CBD oil is actually less likely to make you sleepy than your average run-of-the-mill marijuana. The intoxicating, sleepy effects of cannabis come primarily from THC, which is miniscule in CBD oil.
While hemp-derived CBD sourced from marijuana plants still remains subject to individual state laws, when sourced from hemp products, CBD can be purchased and consumed in all 50 states as long as it is grown in accordance with the Act. This means that CBD’s legal status on a federal level is quite clear, however, on a state level there’s some variation.

Great article. We tried listing our product without following what others were doing and weren’t allowed. Other advie If possible look at the seller’s website and search for their lab tests. In our state we are required to have lab work to prove the amount of CBD labeled. We list all of our CBD lab tests, microbial tests, heavy metals test, solvents, and pesticides. This is what you should be looking for. Continue to get the good word out on this wonderful plant.
